The Kombucha add on is $12 per week for a total of $96 plus tax for the whole 8 week Winter Farm Box session.

What do you get with your Kombucha Add-On? When you pick up your Farm Box each week, you get to choose what kombucha flavors and containers best suit you that week! The $12 per week value means you can choose any of the following options:

-2 cans of Kombucha from our fridge (or any of our other natural sodas from Natural State Beverage).

-2 cups of Kombucha on tap.

-1 cup of Kombucha on tap plus 1 can for later.

-1 12oz. growler refill with current flavor on tap.

*As our gift to you, we will provide you with 1 FREE 12 oz Growler! A Growler is a glass jug that you can bring back each week to refill.

What exactly is Kombucha? Kombucha is a fermented, fizzy drink that is made from tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast. Kombucha is typically made with green, black, or oolong tea, but other teas can be used. The drink also contains a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). To make kombucha, the SCOBY is added to a sweetened tea and left to ferment at room temperature for several days. The yeast in the SCOBY converts the sugar to alcohol, and then the bacteria convert the alcohol to acetic acid, creating a carbonated drink. Kombucha has a slightly sweet and vinegary taste, and is often flavored with fruit, honey, or sugar. Kombucha contains probiotics and antioxidants, and some say it can help with digestion, strengthen the immune system, and reduce bad bacteria in the gut.

What flavors do you have on tap? Our flavors on tap rotate each week! We typically have the following flavors in rotation: Ginger Peach, Mango Pineapple, & Cherry Hibiscus, seasonal flavors include: Mojito and Blood Orange Cardamom.

Q: Can I sign up for add ons even though I am not getting a Farm Box?

A: Sure! Why not! You will still need to follow the Farm Box pick up schedule and pick up your add ons each week at the Farmstand.
