All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) of placing your order and receiving a order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped. The second email notification will contain Package Tracking information.
Note: Orders for Shipping and Local Pickup placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Domestic Calculated Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for online orders will be calculated and displayed in your cart at checkout. Bell Urban Farm uses USPS and UPS as shipping carriers. Rates and shipping options will depend on the size, weight and type of products in the order. If your products do not meet the criteria; the option will not appear for selection.
Tip: If you do not see calculated shipping rates at checkout, check to make sure the Local Pickup box is not checked.
Flat Rate Shipping: There is not a flat rate shipping option.
International Shipping: We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
Shipping to P.O. boxes: if shipping to a PO box; select the USPS option and it will verify if the PO box entered is a valid shipping address. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Local Pickup Policy
You can skip the shipping fees with free Local Pickup at the Bell Urban Farm Farmstand, 2011 Tyler St., Conway, AR 72032. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually within 24 hours. Orders made after 2pm on Friday will be processed for pickup on the following Monday. You will receive an email when your order is ready for Local Pickup. Once you’ve received the Local Pickup email you will be able to pick up your order anytime during normal Farmstand hours of operation.
In-store Local Pickup hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, & Sunday 1pm-5pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive to pickup. If you would like for the order to be brought to your car curbside, call 501-504-6996 and the Bell Urban Farm staff will be bring it to you in your car.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
We offer full refund on Returns for Online Orders up to 30 days after delivery confirmation; excluding some grocery items and select products. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Email us at email@example.com with your Name, Order Number, and a brief description of why the product is being returned. We will then initiate a Return Order and create a Shipping Label that will be emailed to you, to print and attach to the package for returning the product.

Exchanges and Damaged Product
In the event that your order arrives Damaged in any way, please email our online customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
